| 1998 | BREMA has been awarded the quality system certificate according to ISO 9001:1994 |
| 2002 | BREMA suffered a hard blow as the company’s headquarters was hit seriously by the 2002 flooding in Prague. However, not even a disaster of such a scale could prevent the company from meeting the liabilities to its customers, which the company proved already during the first two weeks following the flood. Even in such a grave situation our priority was to help repair the damage caused by the flood and focused above all on restoring the Prague subway. These events proved that BREMA, Ltd. is a stable company with a sturdy base and is able to withstand even very harsh conditions. BREMA has been awarded the environmental management system certificate according to ISO 14001 |
| 2004 | Since 1.1.2004 the sole owner of the company is Josef Matoušek, Martin Matoušek became the second managing director of the company. BREMA SK, Ltd., a subsidiary company of BREMA, Ltd., has been founded, with headquarters in Sučany, Slovakia. |
| 2005 | A new premise has been opened – a factory building in Modletice, where a bulk of production has been relocated (switchboard production, metal workshop production, transport cooling service) |
